Although this snack recipe using dance spice is just too simple and easy, I thought it is worth mentioning because 1) it's nutritious value and ease of prep and 2) i love it so much that I have at least a bowl or two everyday.

Method:
- One cup of plain yogurt
- A pinch of the dance spice blend
- A pinch of salt
- One grapevine tomato
- One cucumber (optional)

Method:
- Whip up the yogurt using a fork. Add the salt and the spice and whip it up some more. Cut your tomato and cucumber and toss in your yogurt. If you did this all in less than a minute, then proudly look into the mirror and ask yourself, 'Who's your daddy?' Enjoy a healthy snack!
